This manual will cover all topics from the actual creation of the city, to the behavior of it's inhabitants, to the advanced technology that is contained within it. This manual is editable only by people who already have a grasp of the mindset required to work on this project. Create an account and [[NewUserMindset|answer these questions]] if you wish to edit this wiki manual.  This open source design allows everyone to get involved with the Atlas Initiative Group. This manual is freely open for viewing and copy to the general public. We support freedom in information.  We do not claim to have all the answers, we claim that through collaboration, together we will find them.  This is an open source project.
