What do you do and/or would like to do in Atlas City?
I downloaded and listened some radio shows on Approacing Critical Mass (Blog Talk Radio) and got more interested. Actually I bookmarked this site a bit earlier months ago. I Think I'd have to learn some more about Atlas City to answer that question better. But at the moment I'd like to participate in it.

What education do you have or would like to acquire?
Well I have studied IT and also cooking. So officially I have these two professions. At the moment I'm working in the IT-field. But I also consider my knowledge decent in dieting and working out.

Are you interested in living in Atlas City?
Of course. Anything what is better than our current failing society or system. And I would be more than happy to assist!

Do you have skills to help build Atlas City?
If you mean the constructing, then yes. I'm a hands-on person and not afraid of getting my hands dirty. If you mean desinging, like blueprints etc, then I have no prior experience in this field.

Have you decided what committee you would like to join?
No I haven't decided yet. I need to know a bit more about of them before.

Have you studied Resource Based Economies or Venus Project, what are you thoughts or concerns?
Actually I watched Jacque Fresco's "Future by Design" a bit later when it came out in 2006. Don't remember the exact time I wathed it... But if I remember correctly, someone posted the Google Videos link in the forum. That was very interesting vision for me, but before that I already had some critical toughts about our current monetary system and how we are slaves of money/paper etc. Then came the Zeitgeist movies and I started to look for some more alternative and esoteric videos and materials myself. Since then I was a little sceptical about these ideas, because Zeitgeist and all surrounding it had some bad or silly conspiracy feeling to it (and unfortunately to this day). Mainly thanks to our mass media and society. But finally I saw through it and started more and more thinking WITH MY OWN HEAD and MY OWN THOUGHTS and I realised that these kinds of ideas are the right way to go or at least our current system isn't working and we need a better one.

How important do you think health and diet is in Atlas City?
I think health is the most important thing there is. The best "thing" where to invest if I may say so. What could be more important? Fancy materialistic stuff? Good health comes mainly from what you eat and it is definitely important to eat the right way and which is the one thing I try to advocate myself. I eat five times a day and doing some training 3-4 times a week. That gives me a good well-being.

Are you motivated by money, or integrity, love, purpose and social contribution?
I think social contribution is a good idea because I don't like our current egocentric society.

Tell us anything else about yourself you would like?
I think I already handled it in previous answers, but I'm willing to answer your questions. English isn't my mouther tounge, so I excuse if there are some mistakes.

Hiya Siim and welcome to the Atlas Initiative Group! Take a look around the forums and find the committee you think best suits you and join in. We are currently looking for committee organizers so if you think you would be an excellent organizer for a committee let us know. Above all have fun!

Rob
Once you realize that every beings purpose in life is to learn, it becomes easier to forgive them for their mistakes.

The future doesn’t exist. The only time we can be peaceful is now, because now is all that exists.
