Hi everyone! (please bear with my poor English grammar. )

WARNING for alot of reading!

Thanks to the RBEF forums (www.rbefoundation.com) and "Humanity" I've found you here. I'm very impressed of your work and your visions here at AIG (Atlas Initiative Group). Great video on frontpage by Brad Johnson. Also like the Citizen of Atlas fragments of the short story you've written, here!

I'm a 44 year old father of three wonderful young girls 17, 13 and 6 year old. I live in central Gothenburg (2nd City in Sweden, Europe). My oldest daughter though is about to move to UK (close to London) at the end of this upcoming summer.

I'm very passionate and eager to all this and wish to contribute with whatever I can. At the moment I'm working on some ideas within RBEF to use the todays tools (money and politics) to create power/value/resources for the transition.

My basic idea is to build a 100 % transparent IBG (International Business Group) owned by everone who are interested in a change, or as I would call it: "The beginning of the Age of Civilization". The IBG will be owned and controlled equal by us (equal shares and equal control). Employer, employees and customers will be ourselves but also the existing market.

I realized that there is so many various benefits for us to run a project like the IBG. It would make my already big post huge if I presents all these great benefits that generate even more benefits along the way and so on, but the most important one is that if the organisations who is working toward a change will advance too slow, making people lose interest or the worst scenario, will fail, the IBG could serve as a backup to gain the crucial and significant tool we may need for a transition from the monetary system to a RBE, power (money, resources and politics).

The best of all and also most important is that we dont need to invest any money and it will be organised in a way that makes it impossible for anyone to scam the owners (ourselves). We "only" need to contribute with our time and skills to build up something real valuable for all of us.

When it comes to politics it's just a basic idea to start political parties in each nation where it's legaly possible to cooperate over the borders between nations. I'm aware about the TVP and TZM policy of this but that doesnt prevent me to strive toward our common goal. I'm supporting most of the basic ideas within TVP and TZM.

Furthermore I'm having contact with Andrew Buxton at TVPD (www.thevenusprojectdesign.com) regarding a vision of a public 3D World Simulator of TVP built with the talented German game development studio Crytek GmBH's CryEngine2 and SandBox2. Next generation, CryEngine 3 has been under development for some time now and will be available in the near future. At the moment there is unfortunately license issues to make a 3D World public with their softwares, but that can change in the future or we need to look for alternative tools. We can still build whatever we like with CryEngine as long as we follow the license agreements.

If you dont know what CryEngine2 can do, you will get impressed after seing a couple of videoclips from it. There's a lot of violence in most of those clips, but that's not what you are going to look at. Now keep in mind what the upcoming CryEngine3 will be able to do.

Enough now. Anyone who got questions about these activities are welcome to ask me.

What do you do and/or would like to do in Atlas City?

I would like to do anything within the areas I'm interested in myself since I think that would motivate myself to reach a better result of a contribution to AC (Atlas City). I think it's a good idea to put the right peoples on the right positions. It means that I'm open for suggestions.

What education do you have or would like to acquire?

I got a high school apprentice education as a locksmith and lock installations, pvc floor covering production management and also participation in a project group for the construction and building of a new softening/relaxation line for linoleum floor covering. I also got some other experiences of various industries as a worker.

Are you interested in living in Atlas City?

Yes I really am, very much.

Do you have skills to help build Atlas City?

I'm sure I can contribute with various things along the progression from the planning stage to a final built city.

Have you decided what committee you would like to join?

I have a complete vision (with all my senses at differnt times of day and seasons) of how wonderful AC could be like. I would like to participate in the development of a complete 3D Atlas City Simulator that simulates everything possible and not only for the visual experience. I'm open for suggestions.

Have you studied Resource Based Economies or Venus Project, what are you thoughts or concerns?

Yes I have and like Jacques Fresco said "TVP Isn't a perfect soloution, and there will never be, but much better than we have today". I have come to the conclussion that there is no problems that can't be solved. I think TVP is a great platform.

How important do you think health and diet is in Atlas City?

The most important things in life in my opinion. Not only for the individual and his personal progression but also for all the individuals around that person.

Are you motivated by money, or integrity, love, purpose and social contribution?

Yes, but not by money of course. And a lot of other things also motivates me.

Tell us anything else about yourself you would like?

On hobby basis I'm very interested in a lot of areas such as moviemaking, writing stories, music composition (various genres), game development, space/universe related research and science, and a whole lot more. The list of my interests are vast.

Welcome to the Atlas City Project Miqaell! it sounds like you would do well in our conceptualization committee. It's geared toward laying down a visual working concept that can be utilized as a platform for many aspects of the project. Just jump in that forum and start putting your drawings in. A lot of people have been using google Sketch but you may use whatever you like.

Hope to talk with you more and have fun =)

Welcome Miqaell to Atlas Initiative Group! I hope you enjoy your experience here and if you have any questions feel free to ask!
As far as conceptualization goes, I highly recommend you use Sweet Home 3d for interior designing. The Sweet Home 3d team has released plenty of extra models and Sweet Home 3d is free.

I use it considering Google Sketchup doesn't work in Linux.

Thanks guys.

I'm actually interested in the City Simulator Committee for creating a breathtaking experience with CryEngine2 using their editor tool SandBox2.

CityEngine for CryEngine2:

CryEngine2 Tech Demo - 2007:

CryEngine2 editor SandBox2 Demo - 2007:

For more videos on youtube, simply search for CryEngine2, CryEngine 2, Crysis, IMAGTP. Also check out the commercial tool CityEngine from www.procedural.com where you can export your work into a CryEngine2 map. There is a 30 days demo available but unfortunately with the export function disabled.

Note that a new and better CryEngine, CryEnine3 will be released in the near future. Probably this year.

That's great. We need more concept art to be, eventually, put into this type of media. It would be inspiring to both ourselves and new members to actually see this inspiring city.
