During the transition coming out of the monetary system Atlas will still be required to interact with the monetary system. Industry in Atlas will be of great importance as the city will not be able to survive without access to outside resources.

TOPIC: Monaco

Was watching a show on the country Monaco. It's less than 1 square mile, has approx. 33,000 residents. Since they opened their casino they make so much money from it they do not charge residents income tax. They also have 1 police person/ security guard per 62 residents.

Yes, I was particularly keen to notice that they have a high number of police compared with the number of residents and a very low level of crime, also the residents do not object to the high number of police!

I'm keen to see a large security force deployed in the community I have in mind to build to make sure crime doesn't get out of hand, and I don't think offhand people will object.
