Make mini automotive models. That show the plumbing and electric working on a mini scale. So it will show how the new tech works, on a mini scale.
how many people will it take to build it? how many people can live in the city? how long will it take to build? how many sq feet per person in the city? what is the most conveint place to build it as far as resources and fertil land? where are the raw materials needed to build it? a detilaed step by step process, so that people can have a plan of collecting materials, ether recyled or whatever is needed, possibly use exsisting facotories to manufacture parts for the first peices of the project, witch geussing would be the new machine(s) you designed, that are designed to construct the city. after the city is built, who will live in it? many people might want to live in it, but how do you tell who is more deserving, they may need sercurity to keep them out? how do you keep robbers from robbing the whole city as in takein it over with force? after the city is built, how much of what can this city produce to export out of the city, im geussing its more than self sufficent. after the city is built, how much easier will it be to build the next city? how much will the first city be able to provide into building the 2nd city? geussing, the first city wont solve scarcity all over the world?, how many cities wuld it take, counting city exports, to produce basic needs for the world? how many cities for each person to live in one=world population devided by city residents capacity. the first city shoudnt include building new luxuries(parks), until the world has its basic needs
(daily access to sanitation, safe sanitary clean healthy human waste disposable or reuse, (safe to drink water that can heat up to at least 80degress, and cool to at least 60), shelter(with heat that makes the inside 68 or higher if temp outside is lower than 68 , with air-conditioning that can cool the inside temp to 80 or lower if temp outside is higher than 80), bed, 2 changes of clothes and shoes, 3cups vegetables, 2cups fruits, 4oz whole grains, 1cup beans, 1.5oz nuts, depending on height for amount of calories, 5 gallon safe healthy drinking water, live in an area with Air quality index lower than 50(0-50=air that shouldn’t make you sick), 8teaspoons toothpaste, floss, needed medical care depending on your condition).
the first city shuld focus on providing basic needs for its residents, exporting basic needs, and helping to build the 2nd city. Finding people to build it.. some poor people will but they will also need to provide them self w basic needs during the process and be educated on how to build it, and since they build it, they will probably want to live in it. how to get the land, and raw materials.. they might be protected, you could tell the people if they let you use the raw materials, factories.. that they can live in it or after you have produced things from the new city it could be exported to them, that wuld be a loan from them. dont tear down a working city to replace it with this new city, build it on open land, or if there is things that can be demolished that needed to be like unsafe abandoned toxic waste sites that need to be cleaned up. the actual land where the city will be build on shuld not be a problem besides just need to get the law to change so fertile land is free at least 4000sq feet per person to use for an outdoor garden, after than the food could be deyderated or forzen to preserve it after harvest, with the indoor garden you could continusly have a harvest and fresh without haveing to preserve and you would need a bunch of grow lights, and trees would need a large indoor space.

building vertically will also save land, if just build the agricultural, center city part and factory part first, take out the parks, take out the entertainment facilities, what purpose does the fountians and lakes serve in the residential area? decoration should not be a concideration until the world has there basic needs. this city wuld probally have the best medical equipment and lots of people would want to use it, there may be waiting list, until we get more cities built. this first city should focus on producing basic needs, includeing a large medical facility to do medical reseach, and giving care to whoever comes. there may be capacity on who can come it there may need to be security, since everything will be free in the city, the inside residents will be doing jobs to provide themself and export, how will we deside who needs it the most, who to export to, things may not be perfect, but thats ok,

if we know of anyone that needs things, maybe in other countires, we will export to them, or move the people out of bad areas,minimum level on what each person should have, then education on not getting pregnate,teach them how to make food, medication, buildings, and free birth control for everyone. whats more effient, multi story apartment buildings, or single seperate homes? is it more efficent to grow food inside or outside? how many sq feet does it take to feed one person, i have saw a person that has made a garden in 4000 sq feet enough to feed one person for a year. the closer things are together, the less space, faster things get done, less travel time, thats good.

PROPERTY, 2 types of stuff: stuff that betters human body health(healthy food water air healthcare exercise) and stuff that doesnt(tv, music, art, luxuires), stuff that doesnt better human body health may help mental help, like research and lead to new tech ideas to better human health, but if you only think about sports, that time could be used to do expirments and think about new tech to improve water filtration, or helping yourself and others useing current tech by growing food. its not right for people to physcially abuse other people for the purpose of protecting or robbing non-human property. humans own themself, but not other humans. should non abusive force be used to protect non-needed to improve physcial human body health property? Who has the strongest force has the power and control to do what they want with it, ask the people with the force what they want, then tell them best way to get it in a way they will understand.

show the force how to have fun with out useing force, peacefully and include them, help them take away there fears, show them love and happiness and trust and confidence acceptance, dont keep negative feelings, do more showing them and expirencing with them, let them expirence you and see how to be happy, treat them as friend, dont just tell them they need to expirence it. tell them not to be scared of you, and its ok for them to make mistakes you will forgive them, be a good exapmle, stay honest and tell them all your thoughts, we want to help eachother get better and be happy, whatever u need help than tell me, ...

if its you and other person, there is only enough water for you to live for a day, not both of you, do you share with them? Trust each other with out any doubts.

i want people to have freedom to be peacful, with out physcially abuseing or forceing others, unless it was to defend there body, another human body, or basic physical survial needs. would that include freedom to rob or protect with force as long as it is not hurting anyone? we dont want someone to hoard to much stuff when that stuff could be put to better use, or breaking/wasting useful resources. if someone is caught hording, there extra stuff will be taken from them, and they will be educated(told why it is wrong) until they understand, each time they do something wrong. they will also be asked or to see there other hobbies to see what they enjoy most, and be showed new better ways to have fun.

INDEPENDENCE we must be allowed to care for ourselfs if we do not want to be dependent on others, we want the access to the earth to care for ourselfs and others, not be denied basic needs like land, resources, seeds, water... the physcial strong wepon force may say they own the universe, that they have supreme rules for the universe, includeing people that are weaker, because whoever has the force has the control, they may use that power for good or bad, the problem is when they use the power to do bad. ether fight by trying to become stronger to defend from them, flight by trying to aviod/hide from them, or try to get them to change from bad to good by being there friend, trusting them, showing/teaching them nice ways to have fun, and join them in doing nice hobbies they enjoy, try to get them to like doing nice things better then they like doing bad things, but they also must be willing to change. they may be full of fears and doubts, its possible to help them stop the evil, and join you with confidence trust and love, but u must give them the trust love confident by showing them, and not haveing any doubts or fears, also being honest, and forgiving, social, positive, active and talkitive, help them join in the fun, they also must be willing too.

The idea that you need to do a better job making up a story is exactly the reason that this is not making progress.

The failed outdated systems may have started in good intentions, as the light bulb, when first created it helped people to have light, but over time a more efficient light bulb was created, causing use of the old light bulb to be more energy draining and costly to get the same result. Feeding the children dirty river water without clean water or knowing how to filter it, is within good intentions to feed the children water, its better than nothing, but once learning how to filter the water, and still feeding it dirty water, when they have the ability to filter it, may call this child abuse. The school system is failing to educate the students to the level they are capable of being taught. The educators have the ability to improve the quality of education, but choose not to for reasons unknown to me. Along with other reforms in this book, I have given reasons to change for the better to improve the quality of life and respect for all. Over time better solutions may come. Lead paint started with good intentions, not knowing the lead was poisonous. Once discovered the lead paint was poisonous, its use was discontinued, and replaced with a less toxic paint. Now discovered the failing systems, they should be changed to a better solution.

Prison Reform
Someone said 56% of violent felons are repeat offenders and 61% of all felons are repeat offenders
Most companies will refuse to hire someone with a felony on their police record; this is especially true for violent felons.
Left with no employment options, it is easy to imagine that these felons will return to crime.
Society sees that after a prisoner is released, chances are it will commit a crime again. So why does society release prisoners?
Prisons are over crowded. 3.1 percent of all U.S. adults are in probation, in jail or prison, or on parole. How come it’s legal to kill a human from abortion, it’s legal to hurt yourself from saturated fat from meat and dairy consumption, smoking, alcohol, and not exercising, driving cars, and doing other dangerous stunts and sports, but it’s illegal to hurt yourself from illegal drugs?
Illegal drugs should be made legal. Let people hurt themselves if they want to hurt themselves. If anyone, Send people that hurt other people to correctional. People that hurt themselves should not be seen as criminals. People that hurt themselves do not need a babysitter like criminals might. People that hurt other humans are more of a threat to you than people that hurt themselves. People that hurt others should be seen as criminals.
People have guns knives and cars; why not let them have drugs. The chances of injuring someone with a car, gun, or knife, are higher chance than injuring someone with a drug. Drugs are weapons, but so are cars and knives. Drugs are already easy to get, but it is just wasting money, and is wrong, to say willingly taking drugs is a crime. Drugs do not make someone happy or violent; a person makes them self happy or violent. Drugs do not control a person’s thoughts or decisions. People control there thoughts and decisions. Drugs affect the physical body, not a person’s thoughts. Making drugs illegal, is contradictory to letting more deadly weapons be legal, like cars and knives.
Let people hurt them self. It’s legal for people to do all types of much riskier things that could harm them self, like cars, climbing mountains, doing dangerous stunts.

Because a person does something once, does not mean they will do it again. Because a person does not commit a crime, doesn’t mean them wont. Prison does not change someone.
People should be able to happily honestly fearlessly live there life how ever they want to. As long as it does not physically abuse someone else.

Don’t physically force people to stop abusing themselves. Physically force people to stop abusing you and others. If you see a person hitting, beating, assaulting, and injuring another person, dont support pay and enjoy watching this. But when you see a person with weed, dont fear and arrest them.
People should not physically force other innocent peaceful people. Let people abuse themselves. Don't let people physically abuse you or other innocent humans.

Once an addict, NOT always an addict. DRUGS do not control your thoughts/decisions. People decide what makes them happy, people do what they want. People control themselves, drugs don’t control people.

Each person to have freedom to do anything that does not physically hurt unwilling non abusive gentle humans. Fixing the most important problems first. The most important thing you might think of is your health. You might not care so much about preventing injury to yourself. But you might care about treating yourself after an injury had occurred. It would be better to prevent the injury, but it’s your choice if you want to prevent injury, or take risks and get injured, then get treated. First you can be taught about the risks, and reminded so that you have the education to make preventative choices.
Everyone can be provided with at least food, water, shelter, hygiene, security, and health care.
People want control, they want to be able to control themselves, but when someone else does not let them control them self (physical abuse/force) they might try to find other ways to get control, like physically abusing them self or others. It’s wrong for Sarah to physically abuse Tom, when Tom was not physically abusing anyone else except for himself.

Let all people held on drug charges be free, and illegal drugs are no longer illegal.

Guessing = a lie, physically forcing someone because of a guess/lie, is wrong.

More focus and actions should be put on preventing bad things from happening; educating people to influence there own choices. People doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result is not good, but it may not be your fault that you just don’t know a better way to do things, you are wrong, but don’t get mad, because everyone might be wrong sometimes, just do what you can to get better.
We must become the change we want to see in the world. We must do what we think is right, and not be hypocrites, show people what to do, not just telling them, practice what we preach, not just preach. Be a good example. Teach.

Physical human body Assault-

Don’t physically abuse other humans for protecting or stealing stuff that does not contribute to physical health.

Attempted murder or murder of an innocent person. Torture. Rape. Inflicting life threatening or severe injuries or illnesses to an innocent person. Inflicting permanent blindness, permanent deafness, or cutting off a body part of the unconsenting victim. Cutting the victim deeper then the hypodermis (deepest layer) of the skin. Poisoning an unconsenting victim with a potentially deadly drug, and actually caused severe harm to the victim. Touching or putting body fluid on an unconsenting victim, resulting in transfer of a severe illness.

Rape= touching any part of your body, onto the sexual organ or anus of the unconsenting victim. Touching your sexual organ or anus to any part of the unconcenting victim’s body.
When it’s ok to rape= when the police do a cavity check on a criminal to make sure they are not hiding weapons.
When its ok to murder= if there is nothing else to eat, and if you will die, if you don’t eat the human.

Innocent person= someone that is not physically assaulting anyone, and is not threatening to physically assault anyone. Someone that did not try to physically hurt anyone unless it was for self defense or if it was to save another innocent person.
Physical assault = touching someone that doesn’t want to be touched.
When it’s ok to hurt another person= when someone is trying to hurt you, you can hurt them using self defense to protect yourself from being hurt. It’s ok to hurt an assailant, but only if hurting them is the only way to save the victim, and only use the minimum, but required amount of force to hurt the assailant that is necessary to save the victim. Don’t hurt the assailant more then what is needed to save the victim, but kill the assailant if it is necessary to save the victim. If the only way to get the assailant to stop hurting the victim is for the hero to hurt the assailant, then it’s ok.

Possible sentenced to life, with no chance of parole. Being nice sometimes, does not mean it’s ok to be mean sometimes.
The victim’s choice if the assailant gets a fine, prison time, or nether. If the victim is dead, than the public can decide.
Choice –physically defend (as needed physically force the assailant to stop assaulting) the victim and or yourself in the moment the assailant is assaulting. Once the assailant has stopped assaulting, they are no longer an assailant, but an x-assailant, no fine, no arrest, no physically forcing

Inflicting physical pain to an innocent person, causing no more then a medium level injury or illness. The injuries can not cause the victim to require surgery. Touching or putting body fluid on an unconsenting victim, resulting in transfer of a medium illness.
Possible, After you pass the test, you will be put into jail population to monitor your behavior with the other criminals. If you have good behavior, you will be required to have a plan before you release, for where you will live, and how you will pay for yourself. Upon release, you will be required to wear an ankle bracelet for life.
Possible If you reoffend, you will be sentenced life in prison.
The victim’s choice if the assailant gets a fine, prison time, or nether.
Choice –physically defend (as needed physically force the assailant to stop assaulting) the victim and or yourself in the moment the assailant is assaulting. Once the assailant has stopped assaulting, they are no longer an assailant, but an x-assailant, no fine, no arrest, no physically forcing

Physically defend (as needed physically force the assailant to stop assaulting) the victim and or yourself in the moment the assailant is assaulting. Once the assailant has stopped assaulting, they are no longer an assailant, but an x-assailant, no fine, no arrest, no physically forcing

Inflicting physical pain on an innocent person, causing no injury, bruises, cuts, or illness.
Physically defend (as needed physically force the assailant to stop assaulting) the victim and or yourself in the moment the assailant is assaulting. Once the assailant has stopped assaulting, they are no longer an assailant, but an x-assailant, no fine, no arrest, no physically forcing

Physically touching or putting body fluid on an unconsenting person, causing no pain, injury, or illness.
Physically defend (as needed physically force the assailant to stop assaulting) the victim and or yourself in the moment the assailant is assaulting. Once the assailant has stopped assaulting, they are no longer an assailant, but an x-assailant, No fine, no arrest, no physically forcing

Physical Threats- No fine, no arrest, no physically forcing
Threats can be physical jesters/ body language. If you direct a weapon towards an innocent person or point a gun at an innocent person, that is a body language threat.

Threatening to kill, torture, rape, inflict life threatening, or severe injury or illness, to a victim, while armed with a weapon.

Threatening to kill, torture, rape, inflict life threatening, or severe injury or illness, to a victim, while being unarmed.

Threatening to inflict physical pain to a victim, while being armed.

Threatening to inflict physical pain to a victim, while being unarmed.

Threatening to touch or putting body fluid on a person, while being armed.

Threatening to touch or putting body fluid on a person, while being unarmed.

Threats are not as serious as physically assaults. Verbal Threats are legal, freedom of speech.

Automobile Laws-
Texting while driving

Talking on a hand held cell phone while driving
Reaching for a moving object inside the vehicle, looking at an object or event outside of the vehicle, Reading a book, Eating food, or Applying makeup while driving.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
After the first offence of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be required to have a drug, alcohol, and d.n.a. test installed in your car, and it will only let you start your car after you have passed the test. You will pay for the device.

If you get into an accident, and accidently commit a misdemeanor physically assault another person caused from the car accident, your license will be permanently terminated for life.
If you accidently commit a felony assault to another person, caused from the car accident, you will be sentenced to life in prison.
Only exceptions would be if you had fallen unconscious during driving, before and during the time of the accident, then you would not be held accountable, but your license would be permanently terminated for life, due to your health problems.

Some other Existing automobile laws will also still be in place

No age requirement to obtain a driver’s license or temps. When taking the driving license test or temps, it can be with any other licensed driver, and the licensed driver will have the authority to say if the person passes the test.

The car manufacturer or seller sets conditions for there products if people don’t follow them, than the product may be taken away. If you made the car, you set the rules for that car.

Non-Human Animal Laws-

Illegal
Torture, rape, painful murder, physical abuse, inflict pain, gets the same punishments as if they were assaulting a human.
Threatening to torture, rape, murder, physically abuse, or inflict pain
Letting animals fight each other for entertainment

Illegal not to put animals under anesthesia before undergoing an otherwise painful surgery, including but not limited to castration. If they are allergic to anesthesia, then the surgery shall not be performed.

Illegal to purposely let male and female have sex, or leaving them unattended with each other, when both of them are not fixed, of over populated breeds of animals. Punishment- you will be required to pay to get all of your overpopulated breeds of animals fixed. If or when the animal that you let breed has babies, you must also pay to get the babies fixed (when old enough). Any new overpopulated breeds of animals you get you must also get them fixed. You will get a fine for letting them have sex, the fine will depend on the breed of animal. Cat or dog, would be $16,000worth of there stuff fine per unfixed female that you let have sex with an unfixed male. If they have extra stuff, if will be given to people that need it. If he has a big house, put more people in the house so he shares it, or he has to move to a smaller house if he wants his own. He will be offered useful jobs for helping animals or humans. The stuff from the fine will be given to the ASPCA humane society and spent only on helping other animals for giving them there basic needs, food, water, shelter, basic medical care, but will not be spent on euthanization.

Illegal to keep an animal in an unattended car.
Illegal to keep your animal outside unattended in heat higher than 100 degrees.

Illegal To deny your animal cold, clean water at all times.
Illegal to underfeed your animal.
Illegal to keep your animal in a cage, or confined in a way, in witch they are unable to run and jump, exceptions is when they are traveling, or if they are sick at the vet.
Illegal to get your animal debarked, or declawed.
Illegal to euthanize a healthy animal.
Illegal to give animal abortion, unless the mother’s life is at risk, or if it’s an overpopulated breed.
Illegal to breed animals for meat
Legal choices
Legal to rape an animal for medical reasons or for breeding purposes.
Legal to murder or physically abuse an animal, if it is for defense of self or other. Or if there is nothing else to eat, and if you will die, unless you eat the animal.
Legal to murder by humanly euthanize with nitrous oxide, if they are suffering pain and the only way to put them out of there misery.
Legal to breed endangered animals.
Legal to get your overpopulated breed of animal fixed once it is old enough. Legal to give your animal immunizations.
Legal to use animals for dairy or eggs as long as the animal is willing, and not harmed.
The life of an animal, is more important then man made non living objects.
When killing or experimenting on an animal, it must be done painlessly to the animal.
Legal to painlessly murder overpopulated breed of animal for food.

How to prove someone guilty of a crime you must have witnessed the crime, or use scientifically accurate circumstantial evidence. Lie detector tests do not prove someone guilty. If person a tells person b that person c committed a crime, person b can not use person a’s testament as proof that person c committed a crime.

When you break a law
If you break a law, you will be given, if you choose, at least a minute session with the police officer telling you why it is wrong to commit that crime. You must understand why you we’re wrong, and promise never to do it again. And you will be given an informational booklet telling you about what all the laws are. Also telling you a number to call (the police or 911) for if you see a crime happening, to report it.


If you commit a crime, and you and the victim both said it was an accident, that there was never any intent, and the scientific evidences shows that it was an accident, and the victim doesn’t want to press charges, then charges won’t be pressed.

Criminals are required to pay the victim all fees resulting from the damage they caused the victim. Criminals are required to pay the police, and correctional institution, all fees, including the police’s wage for time spent with you, and gas money. The correctional institution, for you rent, food, and guard’s wage for time spent with you.

When you commit a misdemeanor, you will get, if you choose, an interactive session with the police, lasting 30minutes-2hours, telling you why what you did was wrong, and proper behavior, with in the first hour of your arrest. You will be placed in segregation until you pass the test.

Juveniles may be, but don’t have to be, placed in separate facilities, but the same laws apply to them.

After you break a law, and get processed, your name, picture, and crimes will be documented in a public access criminal data base, not discriminatory to age, and criminal history will not be cleared, unless it has been proven that you did not commit that crime.

Segregated Testing Program-
If you refuse to take the test, you will be kept segregated, but given the choice to take the test when you choose.
If you committed a misdemeanor, you will not be put into population or released until you or if you committed a felony, you will not be able to have a cell mate, or be able to go into population, until you:
Realize, understand, and admit that you made a mistake
Learn what the laws are, and why those laws are in place. Be taught by audio, video, booklets, class, and acting out life like scenario of what to do in certain situations. You will be given the educational information to study, with in 1 hour of your booking.
Take a written test on proper behavior, what’s against the law, and why the laws are in place, and pass the test with 100% correct answers. You can take the test no sooner then 13days of your booking, or later if you choose. If you take the test, and fail it, you will be able to keep your test, get your educational materials back, and find the answers for the questions you got wrong. You will only need to retest yourself for the questions that you got wrong.
The test will have 10,000 questions. If you take one minute per question, and spend 12 hours per day taking the test, you will complete the test in 13 days. The test must be done by memory. The criminal must have the educational resources taken away before the test, and not be able to use them during the test. The criminal must be able to have access to the test until the criminal is finished with the test. You will be able to keep your test.
Promise never to commit a crime again.
Segments of the test:
Reading standard (school style) section 3000 questions. Will give you what if questions, then scenarios of what would you do if someone punch you…
Video section- will watch a video, and then answer the questions on the paper. 1000 questions
Lie detector test including 1000 questions.
Video game section- will play the video game, as you, in a virtual reality of the real world, given the options to choose crime, or to be good, in the game. The game must be a high tech level, no loading times, with good graphics. You will be given the option to do basically anything in the video game, but you will be limited to no car in the game, you will have a small home. In the home you will only have a sink, fridge, stove, toilet, shower, laundry machine, and 7 game days of clothes. You will be given the option to use those things. You will be given the option to talk to people, ask them for a ride, or just talk to them. You can invite people over, sometimes the people will do good or bad things that you would see, then you are suppose to call the police. Sometimes people will offer you to do good things or bad things, you can choose.
You will not have a car, you will be given the option to hijack a car, but if you do then the police will put you into jail. You will not have any money in the game, but you will be given the option of getting a loan for college, then have the option of going to college part time or full time, studying, and taking exam. Then being able to get a job once graduation. Or you have the option of getting a job that doesn’t require a college education, or doing it part time. Or you have the option of robbing and killing. You have the option to talk to strangers in your virtual town, sometimes they will say bad things, or you will see them do bad things, you will have the option to join them, or to call the police. The game will be realistic. Game time will be speed up, won’t be in real time. There will be a clock, and a detector telling you when your character is hungry thirsty needs a shower, needs to use the toilet, your character can also get sick if It doesn’t wash its hands before eating and after its goes to the bathroom and doesn’t clean its house. It also has the options of talking to girls, or touching them, but if you touch them, then the cops will put you in jail. Each time you go to jail, you get a lesson specific to what crime you did, telling why it was wrong, then you will get a test to see if you understood the lesson. You will be given the option to kill yourself by lethal inhalation of nitrous oxide, if you choose, at any time; you can make an appointment with your doctor. Any health care will cover this; it can also be done at a free clinic. You must consent with this procedure; everything must be carefully evaluated to make sure you are not being forced into this procedure. You will go through a lie detector test to help assure that you want to do this, that no one else threatened or terrorized you into doing this. You will be asked why you want to do this. This procedure may be, but doesn’t have to be, performed in a hospital. You will go in a special room with the drug in it, with cameras, You will have the choice to self administer the drug. No one else will be allowed to physically give your body the drug. You will not be locked in the room, and you have the option to back out of your choice. Anyone that forces someone to have this procedure will be sentenced to life in prison. Lethal drugs must be strictly regulated and secured, to help know where the drug is, how much, who has it, security cameras that also record sound, so if something goes wrong, it will be easier to track the criminal to prosecute.

Parents do not have authority over children’s choices to perform these procedures listed above. All ages have the right to be provided with these procedures.

Self Abuse Laws
You have the choice to physically abuse yourself. Self Abuse also includes willingly letting someone else hurt you. The public will not be required to pay for your health care bills, after it has been confirmed that you have caused the harm to yourself. Medical professionals are not required to treat you, after it has been confirmed that you caused your self harm. If it can not be proven that you caused yourself harm, then your medical insurance will still cover you. If you begin treatment without the confirmation of self harm, but later medical professionals confirm the cause was self harm, then you will be required to pay back the money spent on your treatment. Words do not confirm that you caused your self harm. Observing your injuries to see if it’s possible for you to injure yourself in that direction, or to see if what you say matches with the injuries you have. Someone else may have harmed you, but you may be too scared to tell the truth. You will be encouraged to tell the truth. If someone else harmed you, they will be prosecuted.

Some ways of abusing yourself may include, being anorexic, taking dangerous drugs, cutting you, causing any injury or illness to yourself, using any dead object on yourself, and using any living, willing object on yourself. You don’t have the right to use private property without the consent of the owner. You have the right to treat your body how you want to; you have the right to kill yourself.

Drugs including, but not limited to, meth, cocaine, marijuana, heroin, and ecstasy, will be sold at stores along side alcohol and cigarettes to any age. All of these drugs must have a warning on the package, saying what the chances are that you will die or get sick.
If health care professionals have proved that your illness was only caused by taking the dangerous drugs, health care will not cover you relating to the illness caused by this drug.
If the medical professionals are unsure what has caused your illness, health insurance will cover it, but the moment medical professionals confirm the illness was caused only by the drug, health insurance will not cover you. You will be required to pay back whatever money the health insurance paid for, relating to the illness caused by the drug.

If you physically abuse yourself by accident or unknowingly, it’s not your fault. In the moment of your illness, healthcare will pay for it, but whatever the cost is for your illness, the criminal will pay it back. If the criminal does not have the money at the time, they will keep paying as much as they can until it’s paid off, or until they die.

It’s illegal to give any unconsenting animal/human a dangerous drug that could harm them. It’s only legal to give an unconsenting animal/human drugs, if the drugs are made to treat their heath problem, and if the human is unable to consent.

If you have willing sex, and contract a STD, the public and insurance care will not pay for your health care. You must pay your own health care bills for STDs you willingly contracted.

Freedom to do whatever you want to your body without physically abusing other humans and without being physically abused, forced, or touched.

Education Reform-
Newborns-4 years old, must be taught at least 8 hours per day, including weekends, unless they are ill, about language(how to read, write, and talk) with the program “your baby can read” or a program like that. The best non-fictional ways to teach, include but not limited to, physically seeing, smelling, tasting, feeling, and hearing, new objects. Babies can not be left unattended. Babies can not be given anything toxic that could cause illness, including but not limited to, dirt to eat, non-human animal or human licking them. Babies or children can not be forced to be tied up or held, including high chairs, car seats. Only can be put in high chairs for use of eating, but can not be left in there when they are not eating. Only can be put in car seats, when in the car, and this time should be limited. Should be constricted as minimal as possible. Your baby needs to be given the space to exercise, crawl, and walk.

Each baby is different, they may need more or less sleep, let them be awake or sleep depending on what they want to do.
Averages:
1-4 weeks old, sleep 15hours, study language and put sandbag weights on ankles and wrists for
1-12 months old, sleep 14hours
1-3 yrs old, sleep 12hours
3-12yrs old, sleep 10hours
12-18yrs old, sleep 8hours

Fetus’s and Babies are unable to communicate successful language, the sooner they are able to use recognizable language, the better. Babies can not take care of themselves; they need to be given the best care possible, until they are old enough to care for themselves. Once they are old enough to care for themselves and tell what they want, then they are able to make their own choices and shall be given the freedom to do so.

Must be taught self defense, with situations with and without weapons. And how to use weapons.

Use imaginary pretend situations to help kids learn in school. They need something they can relate to, like using examples of to compare to things they see. They need to learn the word and see the thing same time to learn it better. They need to know when they can use this information in real life everyday situations. They want to learn from being physical, verbal, visual, they can’t do these things when they are reading and writing. What if your baby was reaching for the iron, you would move the baby so it doesn’t get hurt. What if an adult is doing illegal drugs? Counties are like a larger version of how rooms are separated. Each room has different rules, like how each person does things differently and makes up different rules to live there life by. People influence each other. People that are around each other, may act similarly from what they have been taught, they may have been exposed to the same information. People want to keep information the same, like USA teaches basically the same things to whole country, so that people can understand each other. They need encouragement reasons for what is good and bad. Good role models. Educate the ignorant, they need a reason to listen, it has to be information that want to use.

Children must be taught how to peacefully socialize with others while having fun. Guardians, teachers, parents, must treat the child as a friend, give them respect, and do not terrorize by threatening to physically deny them access to socialize, move, speak, and learn. Time out and grounding is wrong if it includes terror or physically touching an unwilling person. If they are not taught why they were wrong, they do not learn anything in time out except that who ever put them in time out is a mean person. That makes them not trust you and means you are a criminal if you physically restrain or lock in a room (grounding) to deny them to socialize. They want to learn how to socialize, you are depriving them the education to build trust, and they already don’t trust you, that’s why they don’t want to listen to you. If your child commits a crime, they will be put through the system. You must gain your child’s love and trust by giving them love and trust, but they need education, proof, for why certain things are bad to do. They must be taught what is bad, and why. Words do not prove that something happened, but when someone does something wrong, explain to them why it is wrong, until they understand, don’t repeat yourself, and if they ask a question that you cant answer, then you let them find it somewhere else, or help them find the answer. They might not fully understand words, so they need to be shown by real physical actions. They must be able to put images with the words, so they can imagine what the words mean. Children may hurt you or others, just to see what happens, and then they need to be taught why it’s wrong, but also need to be taught what they should do instead. They must be able to physically experience freedom to be able to do nice things, and teachers and parents must be nice to children. They must be given more attention when they do nice things, more peaceful options of things they can do, after they understand why something is wrong, you must show them what nice things to do instead and give them choice of what nice things they want to do. Freedom of peaceful movement. Movement that does not physically harm animals. To speak, not scream, as screaming or being too loud can cause hearing loss. Reading writing and videos can be used minimally, but hands on and seeing things happen in real should be used more often.
They could start off being shown how to make the thing in real and ask questions to be re-shown when needed. They will be shown in steps, maybe spend 1min showing how to build, then spend 1minute building, repeat. Than can make the real thing and be monitored with a teacher ready to help when needed.
First should be taught how to treat others kindly, just not to physically hurt others unless for defense. 2nd should be taught how to take care of self with how to build a house, how to grow food, how to filter water, how to make electricity, just by being show then doing it hands on (actually making the thing, actually building the house, constructing the parts) they will be shown how to make a certain part, and how the parts work together, then after being show how to make the part, they will make it. After the end of learning how to make a fridge, they will have made an actual fridge. Eventually they will have made a whole house, team work can be used when repetitive steps are needed to make a certain thing, like the same nails, they will learn how to make the machines that can make things also, and make them, they will be taught all the steps, they will not need to do repetitive things more than until it is learned, if extra repetitive things are needed to finish the item being build, students don’t need to make this, but workers can do it, if a certain thing to make something only requires one small thing to make it, and it wouldn’t want each person to make one, then it will only be shown how to make this, but each student wont make this, if this certain item does not need more of them. Words aren’t necessary to learn how to take care, but spoken and written words can be used when showing them the thing to teach them what the thing is. Also how to build appliances and all the basic things they use daily to stay healthy starting with the most basic, how to make food water shelter and exact all the steps where the stuff comes from of all the basic things they use and watching real things happen of all the steps for all the things for basic living. Then after being shown how to do it, they will copy and make the thing right after and a teacher will watch to make sure they do it right. People shall not be physically forced to learn the things, and are free to choose what they want to learn. Such as on sight job training and hands on shall be taught, in water filtration, swage treatment, farming, construction, plumber, electrician, how to make toothbrush toothpaste floss sink fridge toilet shower appliances silverware and all basic things to use to stay healthy. After all that is learned, then will learn how to build transportation car plane boat, or what ever is necessary for that area, if it is necessary to have these things to get the basic needs, then it will be learned. If the area does not require using transportation devices such as car plane or boat, then it will not be taught, at this moment at least, it may me taught later if it becomes a need later, other wise no. Next will be taught how to make, starting with the most commonly needed medications. Next will be taught how to make medical equipment. Next taught how to do surgery.

People can choose the order in witch things are taught to them, these are the certain things that will be taught, just things that will take care of basic needs, like having clean air, how dangerous drugs harm health, how to take care of there health and others health, CPR, how to be a doctor, starting with basic stuff, like band aid.

People need to ask how to do things, if a certain person won’t teach them; they need to find someone that will. People should take at least a 10 min exercise from each hour they do sitting or non exercise! People need to actually make the thing, reading writing and videos how to make it can be used minimally but unnecessarily. Physically making things needed to live and be healthy like food water shelter, is more important than speaking, reading, writing. The things they make can be sold, kept, or given to charity, and the money form the thing will be given to the teacher, students, or charity.

We need to play for first place. Highest quality education. Everyone deserves education.

School Reform-
Let the children, parents, teachers, and other people that are not in the school system. Keep the essay separate from those categorizes to stay organized. They have the option to fill out the essay.

Optional Publicly funded school, Lessons will be taught from age 0- high school diploma. Than publicly funded college. Average age of HSD is 11years old, but can take as long as it takes, no cut off age. Everyday all year. Schedule: 10eat, 10:30classes, 12eat, 12:30classes, 2eat, 2:30classes, 4eat, 4:30classes, 5:30go home. 10:30am-5:30pm would be time for classes. 7 ½hours. 6hours of classes.
Home school students have the option to rent the same books, videos from the public school. If the parents can’t afford it, then it will be free for the student to rent it.

Publicly funded classes and courses on any subject that teaches information that could possibly be useful to create care items that might contribute to the heath of a human. Classes that are not publicly funded
: band, choir, art, gym, sports, theater,

The parents/guardians will Pay for there child’s schooling, unless the parents/guardians don’t have enough, then the tax payers will pay. Money will not buy higher education, all people must have access to education.

Children must be taught about there body as soon as possible ,age 0 or until they are able to learn. Sex education and health class. So they can know how there body works, how drugs/ poisons are bad. How to take care of there body. How to eat healthy and clean there mouth. How to be nice to others. How screaming is bad for the vocal cords, and the ears. Just telling them these things will not work. You also have to show them real video, pictures, and 3d model, things like that, they need to be able to see and understand. They need to understand the same way how medical equipment works to know where the information comes from. The real risk of how dangerous drugs are. About how you can get injured, sick, or die. How to ask for help, How to not do things you know are bad, and if you see someone telling you to do something bad, to tell them no, or run away and tell someone you trust for help. To report any crime you see. What to do if someone if hurting you, how to use self defense, and scream for help when you are in need of help. To tell someone they trust to get help if they see someone else that is getting hurt or in need have help.
They need social physical interaction, not to be ignored. Not to be denied access to socialize and exercise.
How to take care of there body and be nice to others, and not to hurt anyone unless they hurt you first and it was the only way to stop them from hurting you more.

It’s better to learn what not to do from seeing other people’s mistakes. If you do something wrong and something bad happens to you, and you still choose to repeat it, thinking the same action might have a different outcome, or just not caring about the future, but only the moment. Example you overdose on alcohol, you learn that it’s possible, but you take the risk again anyways. To you the action is worth the risk. You have the right to take risks and abuse yourself, as long as you’re not abusing an unwilling innocent person. Innocent =not physically abusing an unwilling innocent person in that moment.

How to take care of self be self reliant, self dependent, as if no one else is there to help you, to help yourself= Security = strength will come from exercise that will come from doing work. Gardening and perm culture, eating a vegan diet (and learning to cook delicious meals for ourselves), learning to make our own clothes, learning to construct zero-net-energy, zero-waste buildings, learning to repair instead of replace, learning to buy less (and shop more carefully), and sharing instead of buying equipment. Practicing emergency preparedness in our communities, through simulations and table-top scenario planning exercises. What does it mean to live a good life?” and help each individual to become informed about what is really happening in the world (issues like peak oil, climate change and the economic crisis), for the purpose of deciding how one should holistically respond to this knowledge, from the perspective of increasing the well-being and health of all-life-on-Earth now and indefinitely into the future

Memory People learn things the first time they hear/see/taste/smell/feel/sense it. People choose to remember it if they have a plan to possibly use it in the future. If they have no plan to use it in the future, they don’t remember it. The brain does not remember every single detail in life, it forgets. If you talk about, remember and use the stuff u learned, than that helps you remember it, the more you use it. They remember what they think is important that they mite use. What’s important it the moment, and getting or making stuff to use to keep yourself and others healthy, like food water shelter. People can forget for the moment, but can, not have to, ether choose or not choose to spontaneously remember things when they don’t expect it. People can forget anything, choice or not by choice. Do people always choose what they remember and forget? Some yes, all I’m not sure. People forget for the moment, whatever they aren’t thinking about.

Imagination is the recombination of stored experiences(memories) of the 5 senses (smell taste colors sounds feelings). The more memories we accumulate, the more material we have to work with, the richer and stranger are the fruits of our imagination.
You can think about memories/experiences. Thoughts or senses/images that you don’t see/sense in the moment of your world outside of your body.

Language Verbal language is not necessary, and does not confirm thoughts during a trade or agreement, because each person interprets language differently. The word tree might not mean the same thing to 2 people. But guessing that they understand can result in them ether understanding or not, ether way its trust/confidence/believe/optimism. Only if I need it to live, like water, food. If someone ask for your stuff, and you say nothing, than they take it and leave, if you didn’t want them to take it, it was robbing.

When protecting or robbing dead unnecessary to live poperty does not involve humans forcing a human by touching them with object or body, than it is legal. When a human is physically touching/forcing/abusing another human, that is a different issue, weather robbing or protecting dead unnecessary to live property is irrelevant.

One reason why some people might steal from someone that has more than them, is because if they had more they share with people that don’t have a lot, and they think that the person with the stuff should give to people that have less things, than to people that will pay money for it.

Crime Prevention Education
The national defense takes up the largest percent of the tax payer’s money. Crime is a problem. Find the causes of why people commit crimes. Educate people why it’s not good to do crimes, and legal ways to have fun.

Sex education
Chance of getting STDs, 80%with out condom per time, 1 out of 33 times, a condom fails.
Chance of getting pregnant with out contraception, 25%. The most effective Contraception fails 1 out of 99 times. When you are sick, you might not be able to take care of other people, maybe not even yourself. The goal is to take care of yourself, and others. When you birth a baby, and take care of that baby, you are then ignoring someone else that you could have taken care of instead. So help the people that need care. Don’t create a new thing to care for, when there is someone that needs care now. After you restore someone’s health who needed help, once they are healthy, give education if needed, they may now capable of caring for themselves and other’s, possibly including you. With no babies to take care of, they can take care of poor people instead.

Children Laws-
No Co-Ed sleeping, baby’s can only sleep in a crib, until they are 36 inches tall.
No smoking in the same room or car as a baby or child, or within 6 feet of a child.
No leavening the baby in a car seat, high chair, or being constricted for more than 16 hours per day.
Children must be proved with proper food. Providing Education is mandatory. The child chooses if they want to use the education provided to them. If your child is sick, then they must be taken to the doctor, and not denied medical care.
Children must not be denied food, water, toothpaste, soap, shelter, and health care.
Birth parents of children must not receive public money for producing human offspring. The child must get it’s basic needs, and each person must get its basic needs, but the birth parents must not take any public money for themselves, that is meant for the child. If the person does not have enough money to care for themselves, then they will be provided with it.

Circumcision illegal to circumcise an unconsenting person, unless the circumcision will improve the person’s health. Once a person is able to consent they can choose for themselves if they want this surgery or not.

Adoption, Guardianship, and Custody Laws
When a child is born, guardianship automatically goes to the mother and father split custody, unless the mother or father does not want the custody. If only the mother wants custody and the father doesn’t, then the mother gets full custody, and vise versa. If nether want custody, than the person will be provided with basic care, shelter, and be put up for adoption if they choose.
If the person is unable to consent or comprehend, you may adopt them if there current guardian consents, or if they do not have a current guardian. If the current guardian is incarcerated, you can become a guardian with out the incarcerated person’s consent. When the incarcerated guardian gets let out, they can then be guardians of the guarded once again if they choose.
If a person is able to consent, and does not consent, you can not adopt them.
Adopting = legal guardianship. Foster = Partial temporary guardianship. Guardianship is not necessary to live with someone.
If the ward/person being cared for is unable to care for them self, then the care provider is responsible. If the care provider wants to stop caring for the ward, then the care provider must set up a new care provider for the ward, if the ward is incapable of doing so.
A ward can emancipate them self giving them legal independence for them self at any age.

Child Support If you are the birth parent of a child, if able, you are required to pay for the child until the child dies, unless the child doesn’t want to receive this payment. The child is owed a list of basic needs. The parents will share responsibility of providing these needs. If The parents are able, they will be required to provide. If the parents are separated, each parent will be owed to pay 50%each. If one parent is unable to pay, the remaining parent will pay 100%. If both parents are unable to pay, the government will pay for the child. A parent can be named unable to pay if they are disabled, unable to work, or if they can not find work. If one parent makes 120%basic minimal needs, they will pay the extra 20%. Each parent will be allowed to keep 100% for themselves. If they make more than 100%, they will pay as much as they can up to 50% to the child each, unless one parent is unable to pay, than they pay up to 100%. They can pay more if they want, but it’s not required. If the parent is able to pay, but fails to pay, the goods and services will be taken from them. If they are able to work and a job is available, but fail to work, and fail to gain goods/services, they will owe the debt anyways, and be required to pay it off when they get the goods/services. Money does not replace the basic needs.

Pregnancy Laws-
Prenatal care is strongly encouraged. Encouraged prenatal screening to see if the baby has and has a risk for diseases and birth defects. If this has not already been done, encouraged genetic testing for the mother and father to see if they have and disease or infection, and to see if they are a carrier for a genetic disease, to see the risks there baby may get the disease.
Eating properly and taking prenatal vitamins during pregnancy. Exercising and getting enough rest. Not smoking, taking illegal drugs, or drinking alcohol during pregnancy. No being in same room or car as someone that is smoking. Avoiding anything toxic.
If you smoke, drink, take drugs, while being pregnant, you may have a choice if you choose to be monitored for your pregnancy. You will not be in the same room as violent criminals. if you cant yourself, someone will transport you to your prenatal care and to the hospital for labor. You will be in your own room, or if you choose, in a room with other pregnant women. You will be given proper care, the varieties of organic food, air filters, filtered water, room to run around, a comfortable bed, made sure you are warm enough, get fresh air, have windows to your room, have an outdoor space you can access from your room so you can run around outside, have sanitary conditions, have a steam cleaner, no carpet, and there must not be any toxic things in the indoor or outdoor space. You will be given options to work or study nice things. After you have the baby, you may choose not to have a monitor, or have a monitor.
Encouraged to take a parenting class, then take a test, and pass, then have a social worker check your house to make sure your house is baby proof.

Birth control and Castration
Publicly funded service available to anyone, any age. No parental consent. People must consent to do B.C. or castration. You will be given the option of castration or birth control or pregnancy test, at any time. You can make an appointment with any doctor. Any health care will cover this. This is a public service everyone has access too. This is encouraged. Anyone that is unable to consent must not be forced this procedure. With any medication or surgery, you must be informed, fully understand the risks, and consent.
On each birth control package, and any doctor that administers birth control, must tell the consumer that the best option is abstaining from sex to 100%prevent pregnancy. Also the risks that they would get pregnant using the type of birth control they chose. Birth Control is safer than doing an abortion.
Condoms free for anyone that is unable to pay.

Get paid if you have daily access to less than: sanitation, safe sanitary clean healthy human waste disposable or reuse, a working toilet, sink,(safe to drink water that can heat up to at least 80degress, and cool to at least 60), shower, shelter(with heat that makes the inside 68 or higher if temp outside is lower than 68 , with air-conditioning that can cool the inside temp to 80 or lower if temp outside is higher than 80), washing machine, bed, 2 changes of clothes and shoes, 3cups vegetables, 2cups fruits, 4oz whole grains, 1cup beans, 1.5oz nuts, depending on height for amount of calories, 5 gallon safe healthy drinking water, live in an area with Air quality index higher than 50(0-50=air that shouldn’t make you sick), toothbrush, 8teaspoons toothpaste, floss, needed medical care depending on your condition. you will receive all of those things or what ever ones you do not have.

STD Vaccines publicly funded available to anyone, optional, any age
Vaccinations optional. Recommended to always keep your medical records.

Abortion- Legal. If for the mother’s situation it is safer to have an abortion, then not to, then it’s legal. During the abortion, the fetus must be given medication such as anesthesia before the euthanization of the fetus so it will not feel pain. Publicly funded service for any age. An abortion is safer in the first 3 months than childbirth.
The mourning after pill is legal and free as a form of birth control.

Fertility inducing Treatments-discouraged but legal

Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research legal. These cells have no chance of turning into a baby.

Ask the people of the needy areas what they want, make a plan with them, keeping basic human rights in tact, to set up basic goals, laws, providing services and producing goods that benefit human body health. Set up programs that educate so that the needy areas will be able to self sustain themselves, and trade with other area’s if needed. The program will require donation start up goods and services to train and educate people to eventually be able to take care of them self’s by growing food, filter water, teach, construct shelter, doctors, hygiene, and sanitation. Depending on what is easier, people will ether be relocated from a bad area to a better area, or goods and services will be sent to the bad area to make it better. Help people that need help to be physically healthy
Teaching poor people how to care for themselves and others. Give the person the needs, food, water, shelter, sanitation, and health care. Then teach them how to make food, farmer, how to make clean water, water filtration, How to make shelter, construction, how to make satiation, sewage treatment, how to be a doctor, and how to make medication.

Stop the Government overpayment and underpayment to the disabled and non working. Stop Rewarding Mentally Ill people by over paying them.

People on a medical diet will be proved necessary nutrients.

Health care-
Everyone that can not afford health care will be provided automatically with health care.
Anyone that can not afford food, water, toothpaste, soap, shelter, hygiene, security, and health care will be provided. Preventative actions are cheaper than fixing the problem later. Any person in an emergency situation gets emergency health services, upfront free for the moment, but will be charged later, depending on the situation, payment plans will be made later, but the health of the person comes first, unless the person refuses treatment. A person will be put on an affordable payment plan if they can not pay the medical bill upfront. People will not have to choose between life-saving medications, and live saving food, water, or basic care. Medication can only be forced upon a person that is being physically abusive in the moment, and if mediation is the only way to get them to stop as a form of defense. Medication will not be forced upon a person that is peaceful. Only medication that helps a person’s health can be used on a person that is unable to consent. Affordable health insurance will be provided. Payment plans will be made depending on the person’s ability to pay. People with out health insurance will be provided with health care. Health insurance will be available, easy, and instant to get for everyone. No waiting lists.

If a person can provide themselves with 90% of there basic care, the other 10% will be provided.

Mental Illness Medication will not be a first response to mental health problems unless that is what the patient wants. Doctor’s first response to mental health problems will be showing the person how solve there problems with out medication. Showing and helping them make friends, get a house and job so they can take care of themselves and are happy. Many mentally ill people are getting rewarded with government money, for the drug dealer and doctor’s profit, when they are just antisocial and need to be social. Profit will not be the motivation when it comes to doctors giving medication to mental health patients, but the health of the patient is the priority. When profit is the motive, the goal is to keep people mentally ill or misdiagnose them and give them unneeded medication, telling them to stay mentally ill, tricking them. Medications for mental illness are not publicly funded. Scientific studies said exercise, eating healthy, and socializing work much better to make people happy (cure mental illness) than medication does.
Give them toilet paper, shelter, soap, food, water, medication for physical problems, not for mental problems.

Anti social behavior Anti social behavior can cause hording, not sharing, and causes people to care more about dead objects, than other humans. If someone leaves a person unable to help itself alone, it will die, and that is abuse. When a person tries but it unable to get basic needs because people won’t share, the people that don’t share are the abusers. So the horded stuff will be taken and delivered to where it is needed, even if the hoarder disagrees.

Agriculture laws Food must be safe to eat, pass safety test, before it can be sold.

Land ownership Each person has the choice to own a minimum free 4000sq feet of fertile land to have a house and a farm/garden. 3800-4000sq ft of the land must be used to be a farm/garden. 0-200sq ft is used for the house. The farm/garden can grow plants, not for raising animals. The land owner can choose to manage the farm, or have someone else do it, for free or for pay, the owner chooses the price. The owner may sell the land also if they choose. The house area can be used how ever the owner chooses. Seeds, House, and other items will not be provided, only the land is free. The farm must be maintained, the farm must met efficiency standards, the farm must produce. Vandalism and weather are not the owner’s fault. Inspectors will inspect the farm at the beginning of the farming season to make sure the owner plants the crops correctly. In the middle of the season to make sure things are going well. At the end of the season to make sure the crops are harvested correctly. The inspector will be local, and publicly funded, the inspection takes 15mins per visits, 3 visits per year. if the owner is unable to care for the land, ether by self, help, or hire, than if able, they are required to contact the land ownership department to help getting workers, the owner will be required if able to pay for the workers than. If the owner doesn’t have enough money to hire or maintain the farm, than the farm will be repossessed, and maintained, ether sold to a person to maintain, or the gov will pay workers to maintain the crops, than the crops will be sold at the local market. If a person looses there farm, they can keep there house.

Basically every time u buy something with money, you are making some rich person richer, or if you work for someone and get paid, you are making some rich person richer, because they are making a profit off of your work, and a profit off of when you buy something. The reason for wearing clothes in public is to help prevent diseases from spreading by covering the area's that commonly spread diseases, or stay warm if it’s cold. Diseases like aids or other diseases that spread from the nipple, sexual organ, or anus fluid. If people ran around naked sharing chairs, accidently or purposely touching common disease or pregnancy spreading areas, nipples, sexual organs, anus, and getting these diseases/sperm all over the place, more people would be getting sick. Diseases go undetected a lot of the time, meaning showing no symptoms, but still contagious. This is a reason why the diseases become common. There are people that don’t know they have a disease, but they have it. Bodily fluid's being spread is one of the top causes of disease transfer. That's why you should not touch your eyes and mouth with germy hands, and should not sneeze or cough on people.

At a very rough guess, I might imagine it could easily take a hundred years of constant city/community building to get to the stage of being able to supply a very basic standard of living to everyone on the planet.

As to numbers, I might again hazard a guess of around 10,000 such communities in the UK as an example, with our population of around 70 million, so worldwide that would work out at say one and a half million such communities/cities.

One issue there is when people who take drugs hurt others, alcohol being a particularly good example there.

There is also the health care cost issue too, in that the cost of treatment for someone having taken something bad for them means someone else has to go without who didn't self inflect harm and needs treatment for something beyond their control.

These costs are not so easy to figure out solutions.

Plus, evidence rather shows that making something legal does tend to increase its use, alcohol being another good example here.

As I see it, we need a far harsher system to deal with criminals than we have at the moment, so that crime is nipped in the bud early and people do not get away with repeated crimes so easily.

As one of the reasonings criminals use is a cost benefit analysis of the situation, choosing the best bangs per buck, eg. make crime expensive and being good easy and cheap, and more people will stick to the straight and narrow, rather than the high risk of committing something bad. (As at the moment, the risk for many is so low, that people choose the easy option of stealing from others/etc. because they can.)

One issue with that is the, lets call it revenge aspect.

For example, if person A beats up person B, then stands back and declares they have stopped, you are supposed to do nothing..

But, if person A beats up person B and stands back and gets a beating themselves, the cost of beating up person B in the first place becomes evident, and they are less likely to do it the next time.

Bit of a problem that one, eg. would you be happy if a former child sex offender moved in next door and you had children ?

Whilst I'm generally for criminals being helped, I can't help but think not many of us would be happy with too many of them surrounding us. (As such, I could imagine special communities setup that welcome ex-offenders, whilst other communities would not, so that they can have someplace nice to live, but we law-abiding citizens don't have to put up with the risk that they will reoffend involving us because they live in our neighbourhood.)

In practice, there is often discrimination that is unwritten, eg. it happens anyway..

For example, I'm reminded of a test question at a session on equal oppertunity training course I was once on, it was:

A black plumber goes to a white womans house and she denies him entry, if you are a manager of the compay that sent the plumber, what do you do:

A) Insist that the plumber gain entry, even if the woman objects.

Replace the black plumber with a white one..

Obviously, choosing B is a failure on the course

But to me, B is still the correct answer in this case.


If the question was better selected such as:

A black plumber is called upon to fix a leak in a factory, but the white foreman objects, as the manager above the foreman, do you:

A) Insist the plumber does his job and that there is nothing the foreman can do about it, but quit his job.

Replace the black plumber with a white one.

In that instance, I would choose option A, as I think it is unreasonable of the foreman, in particular they have a choice as to whether to stay and work there or not. (Whilst the woman in the previous example has less choice in the matter.)

I used to think like that until I was a parent, then I realised its not as easy as that!

I reckon that some of todays problems are down to that kind of thinking being put into practice and a moving away from the physical restraint/punishment of children, who then become adults with the knowledge that they can do what they want because the consquences of getting caught are not enough to deter them.

thanks for replying. If a medical professional wants to deny someone care, they have the choice, but if the person needs to use medical equipment or medication, and is denied it, the needed resources for survival can be stolen.
It will be better to educate people from harming themselves and offering them help, but its there choice to do what they want to there body.
People can blame other things to cause there happiness or violence, but the person is the one that decides when they want to be happy or violent. Ether knowingly or not.
Prison does not force someone to change what they think is right and wrong, and does not lower the risk for them to repeat the crime again if they had the chance. People control there own thoughts. There is always a risk any person can commit a crime if they have the chance.
Drug addicts shuld be offered treatment, but not forced against there will.
People decide what to do with there self, drugs don’t control people’s decisions, drugs can control there physical body as far as causing numbness, or anesthesia.

if I let them go and they do it to someone else, I wuld not say I made a mistake with letting them go. I don’t want people to hurt other unwilling people, but since its possible for people to hurt eachother, the next thing wuld be to defend yourself, fight or flight, or try to change people mind for them to want to do good things instead of bad things.
After the assult is over, its best to walk away, not continue the cycle of revenge, that will only make you just as bad or worse than the initial attacker. If they start abusing you when you are being non abusive, they are the wrong one, once they have stoped abusing you, now they are non-abusive, then you go to abuse them, now you are just as bad as them. Defending your self is different. After abusing the non-abuseise x-abuser, that doesn’t make them less likey to abuse again, but you are reinforcing the behavior by showing them you agree with there abuseive behavior, by doing the same thing yourself.

I don’t want to see anyone get unwillingly assaulted, if a police assults an innocent person, or if a criminal assults a police officer, both cases may be a criminal assaulting an innocent person, because if the police is assaulting an innocent person, than the police is the criminal in that situation. another idea would be for each person to have a choice of an indoor space of 4000sq ft, it could be multi level building, and it would be indoor garden and home, they could own this home, and the multi level building could include 4000sq feet per person, culd b a sky skraper. for atlas city, there need to be enough space for each person to grow enough food for themself, its better to grow most or all of the crops inside(greenhouse or just inside/greenhouse probally better) to have fresh crops year round, how much space is required per person to grow enough food, indoors would also cut the space down since normal outdoor land while off season wouldnt be sitting unused. but inside would also require heating/houseing/possible lighting.
