Atlas City Project

regardless of how it happens what I would like to see in this city is an artesian revival in the realm of technology on all levels like the greeks and romans or the artists in paris in it's hay day. we will use machines to be our slaves as opposed to the poor or the owned better for the soul that way. people with the inclination to be more and work on perfecting their craft work so we don't need cars anymore an artist in automotive works may built an entire car by hand and make it perfect simply because it is his skill or an aquired skill as taught by another. the same as a baker may work to perfect a bread recipe or a brewer works on their ale each as an artist hones there skill weather a programmer refining a length of code or a musician trying for every note to be perfect artesian communities are all about doing what you do to the highest standard you can create.
this is what I hope this becomes.

The beauty of a resource based economy is this may be brought back. Art, architecture, and many other areas of our past have suffered greatly. Knowledge and secrets have been lost, and materials have become extremely expensive or extremely inefficient. Plus, the time needed to perfect many arts is not possible if you want to still feed yourself. Atlas City does hope to combat these back steps in creativity.

Indeed, I can agree. The city should be an expression of the people inside of it, in my opinion. Our city archetects can also use our peoples influence to give them inspiration for great works. (also hobbyist artists)
