Changing lanes

Ron Cabot: The computer says your bankrupt.
Doyle Gipson: I'm not bankrupt! There has been a mistake.
Ron Cabot: Well, sir. If that's true it should be resolved in about 3 months.

Doyle Gipson: Money. You... you think I want money? What I want is my morning back. I need you to give my time back to me. Can you give me back my time? Can you give my time back to me? Huh? Can you?

*I've been searching for the end speech in "Get Smart: Again!" made by Siegfried (I think). It's great, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. The whole "evil plot" of that movie was to control the weather. He already controlled the TV stations, so by controlling the weather he could keep people inside. However, as an interesting twist and cultural parody, he only owned the TV stations so he could turn them off and force people to read when they were stuck in their homes. If anyone can find a flick or copy the script I'd be greatly appreciative.

“Among the most powerful reinforcing events for humans are money, praise, satisfaction, food, and sex. Two of these stimuli, money and food, appear to be on fixed-interval schedules. For a large number of people, money arrives regularly in the form of a paycheck, and food is taken routinely in the form of meals. For both of these rather important reinforcers, however, often there are no immediate, simple operants that predictably result in their presentation. The operants involved in acquiring money have become so complex and so remote from the actual source of reinforcement that it has become difficult to see the relationship between the two. The confusion is further compounded by the fact that the reinforcers themselves are inextricably bound together. That is, money allows one to buy food and – in some cases- praise, satisfaction, sex, and other reinforcers as well.” (Theories of Human Learning, 5th edition, Guy R. Lefrancois)
