Good to meet you.

We have lots of areas that could use some 3d modelling. You can check out this topic:

If you also go to ACP wiki and take a look at some of the ideas we're looking for for certain concept ideas: Factories, Food service places, a hospital, a university. Lots of stuff to create. If you need any assistance, we're happy to help.
