Thought i would share it here:
"The notion of not taking any action until such a time as a critical mass was achieved becomes irrational, if the critical mass isn’t defined, and some parameters put in place as to things that might take place at the time the critical mass has been reached. "
Agreed what is critical mass? 500,000 members out of 6+ billion people is not, but 50,000 - 500,000 members moving to a few states or even just 1 state (with a small population)in the United States and living in small towns that currently have less than 10,000-20,000 population (there are a lot of Towns with less than 2,000 population) is.

Once members are 50.1 % of the adult population of a small Town members can ask current leaders in the Town to make changes and if they are not willing members can run for office as Mayor and Town Counsel members and make changes such as the Town will now be self sustaining with windmills and solar power so all Town people get free electricity (also heat if it's electric). Any Town land will be used to grow food (vertical farms, permaculture etc.) for all Town members etc., free bus transportation around Town.
This is not a full rbe but it is a start to a transition. Then we tell/show/educate people in other small Towns what we are doing, FREE electricity, FREE food etc., then those people will want that too and force their leaders to do the same or they will run for office and make the changes needed.
Then we can say if you like free food and electricity and around Town transportation how would you like free housing, free travel, free clothing etc. also? Of course they will want to know how, then we show them RBE and say this is how we achieve it.
