I was listening to one of Brad's radio shows and decided to pop onto his youtube channel. I came across another great video and one of the largest things he points out in the video is our willingness to stand by and just let others (ex. organization as whole) do the dirty work, while we sit and not worry about anything. The mentality should be quite opposite. Once I thought of the opposite mentality, it reminded me of the famous quote by John F. Kennedy:
"Ask not, what your country can do for you. Ask what, you can do for your country."
Something I came up with (well, at least I think I did), is something I'm trying to live by now.
"Ask not, what others can do for you, ask what you can do for others."
I am glad that this group does not focus on itself but focuses on others, which is no doubt key if we want to achieve this paradigm shift into the whole new society.
