We have a new central chat area with a group that is very much on board with the RBE concept. We have our own room on there and with everyone's agrement we will be using it for our meetings from now on. I will continue trying to find a solution to the video problem.

Teamspeak already has recording capabilities, and is extremely reliable. When you are in a chat with voice you go to Tools > Start Recording (for Linux that is)
