1) There won't be any teachers as we know it, only a group of individuals that understand a subject, or a portion of it, very well and enjoy sharing it with others. A single individual directing multiple individuals will no longer exist, it might very well be the other way around, multiple individuals will be teaching the few.

A more philosophic stance will be taken with education, everyone sitting in a circle discussing a subject for hours on end, people come and go as they please.

2) Grading will be used for its direct purpose now, to find what a person does not know...rather than to keep a person in or out of a particular class.

3) All competitive aspects of school will be removed, people learn because they want to learn, no one is forced to, and no advantages are provided to intelligent people.

4) Anyone can teach, and anyone can learn. If people realize that a "teacher" does not know anything about the subject...they don't attend the class.

I do not even consider a complex necessary for education...if you are learning about the roman empire...the class goes to rome, if you are learning calculus you go to an architects office and you work beside the individual as he uses calculus. If a person wants to learn something, apprenticeships are the most effective manners in which to do so.

The regulation, in my opinion, while it causes problems, is a good way to measure someones ability to accomplish a task or understand material.

Lets say you are in Atlas City, and the world decides they need to build a bridge. Who gets to choose who works on it? In our system now, people with civil engineering DEGREES and and construction manager DEGREES get the job, but a system void of these would not be able to measure someones ability to accomplish a task.

Those that are most qualified will attain different talks, projects (as proven through the scientific method)
