Many of us are deluded about the free energy issue. What we can foucus on is the new real energies people are developing all over the world.
If someone is serious about energy issues check out this company and their hydrogen energy

yes i love the concept of hydrogen energy. thank you John Galt for posting this.

In Atlas City, hydrogen could be a very promising energy form for such things as small vehicles to be driven around the city.

However, in the monetary system, hydrogen fuel WILL be bastardized soon in the future, and that is why i generally stay away from it. When the cost of gasoline becomes too high and/or the general public makes its cries for green energy too deafening; the gas companies will switch to hydrogen, replacing all the gas stations with hydrogen fueling stations. This will be great for the environment, and for these companies wallets. This hydrogen fuel (which can be made effectively cheap utilizing solar power and water, some of the most abundant resources available) will be at a cost at least at the current level of gasoline, if not higher (because its "new technology")

So... in reality, it will just be the next cashcrop for the monetary big wigs, when in reality small water/hydrogen engines could be simply incorporated into cars, needing just water to run. Too bad the monetary system ruins many good things.

I like hydrogen and it is promising for many Atlas needs. Our use, shared by the monetary system, could actually work out since we can do it cheaper and it can be sustained as more of the monetary system converts to hydrogen technologies. Its not a bad thing that the rest of the world embraces it in the monetary system, its a good thing that the infrastructure is supported when everyone finally turns to RBE.

Unfortunatly I have to agree with you about the monetary system turning the hidrogen power into something costly similar to gasoline, after all they have to keep the status quo.

About house and industry energy, solar and wind are far more promissing, but in personal veicles, hydrogen should be the next step
