Atlas City Project

Hey guys,

Okay I'm just making this list of places that we can use to sketch up either on paper or by using Google Sketchup. Google Sketchup is really easy and I recommend to everybody who wants to share their vision with Atlas City to use it. There's free online tutorials you can get right from Google, just run a Google search. The more that we become visual, the faster we will start to bring in a lot of great ideas for the city. I would even love to attempt to design the entire city completely in Sketchup. It would take some time and a lot of feedback from you guys, but I know it can be done.

Anyways, here's a list of structures that I'd like to get designing. Everyone can feel free to add to this list or to modify. Let's open up our minds and really scoop out some great ideas here as this will be OUR city:

STRUCTURES:

Atlas City Hospital: In my original sketch, I saw the hospital as a three building design, perhaps we can enhance it a little more with some ideas.

Atlas City University: In my original sketch, the north and south buildings comprised of the University. Again, we can enhance it some more.

Domociles: I've recently completed some interiors on the domociles as well as a rough idea of what the building could look like based on Wild1's sketch design.

Vertical Farms: As the structure for this technology already exists, it's just a matter of placing it in key areas of the city for us growing and harvesting our food.

Atlas City Entertainment Complex: This is where others can go to listen to bands, music, hang out, have fun. The entertainment area of Atlas City. And yes, Television doesn't exist in Atlas City.

Atlas City Library: I thought this might be a good idea to have integrating our own network, the Internet, collection of books. Truly our knowledge center.

Atlas City Recreation Center: A place to go swimming, exercise, play games, etc.

Atlas City Healing Center: The relaxation/therapeutic center for Atlas City: Automated massage, spa, reiki healing and teaching through volunteers, soothing meditation spaces. And directly behind the healing center would be the Atlas City Pyramid park. A large pyramid (perhaps copper constructed) surrounding beautiful grounds of nature.
