This will be needed quite early in the city development when there are enough people to justify its cost.

Ok, that's pretty cool. Highly automated, condensed design, and highly diversified. This could be used to shell out the basic day to day bake goods. Everything else will just be gourmet, hand made depending on who is scheduled to be a chef that day.

This is definitely how I see things like this working in Atlas. Most manufacturing will eventually be just like this.
