I have been following this guy on youtube for some time. I agree with some of what he says.... Land is always a good investment but when the dollar fails people will resort to using gold and silver to trade items because it's all they know. He says trading dollars for gold and silver is not a survival strategy, I would have to respectfully disagree. When the dollar collapses you will be able to trade your gold and silver for food and water while you trade your skills or self produced goods for gold and silver from other people.
Once you realize that every beings purpose in life is to learn, it becomes easier to forgive them for their mistakes.

The future doesn’t exist. The only time we can be peaceful is now, because now is all that exists.
