the article says right now the paint is working at about 3% and they want it to be 10%, also that a perfect solar cell right now works at 30%.

this could produce some decent electricity if applied large scale, but I can imagine there are more efficient forms of energy production for that amount of effort.

definitely a cool idea because it can be applied anywhere, they even noted roofing tiles which is cool.

But it's something that can be incorporated into current designs. The Atlas buildings right now have empty concrete walls. Paint them with this, put solar film over the windows on the other walls, and efficient panels on the roof. All sides covered
