The sustainability of the materials used reminds me of "Junk Raiders", reusing materials and even using the local garage sale for cushions.

Why more restaurants don't have composing I will never understand.

We should learn more about the water systems he used for heating/cooling and everything. It sounds interesting, but he didn't know much about it.

Reminds me of little farm shop & cafe in the countryside that they would throw the scraps of food out of the kitchen window straight into where their pig was!

that was a pretty cool video

i have to say i really liked the heating/cooling system and the composting - definitely a must have for any sustainable system
