Atlas City Project

Please go to Doodle Calendar, create an account (if needed) and add yourself if you will be able to attend the meeting between AOSDT and RBOSE on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at 8:30 PST.

This meeting would be on Etherpad for collaboration and chat purposes, meanwhile on Mumble for the "voice" section of the meeting. We will be using the Mumble RBOSE server, for quick access to it, click here.

The meeting will cover:
1. Introductions / What is (for both groups)
2. Project listing (for both groups) on what projects are being worked on by both groups.
3. Possibility of working on those projects together (will be decided at meeting)
4. Decide best way to collaborate (most likely SourceForge or Google Code)

I will give out the information for the Atlas Linux OS, AtlasUI, and Resource Management System mailings lists and talk about qTeach (a new project I have started).

5. I’ll explain what qTeach is and see if RBOSE will be interested in developing it with me.
6. Discuss if there are any future plans or goals for RBOSE and AOSDT and how each group can help each other achieve those plans/goals.

I will be on the road during the day, but I will be available that night.

The meeting did not occur, as there simply wasn't enough people from RBOSE. Seeing as the fact they don't exactly have a "leadership" or committee that deals with these meetings, basically I have to go around and talk to all the major developers.

I made a new Doodle chart. Its a bit cleaner and allows you to select what times would be best for you (in Pacific Time I might add).

This Doodle chart covers particular times on Friday, July 2nd and Saturday, July 3rd.

After looking at the the available times of all the RBOSE members using the Doodle, I have decided that the meeting will happen at 4:00 PM PST tomorrow.

Eggsworth, I am aware that it currently says you will be unavailable, is there any way that can be changed or are you working at that time.

I will be recording the meeting so if you are working at that time and can not listen in, you will be able to listen to the whole meeting, which I will have up tomorrow too.

Please call me in regards to this, I would like a definite answer.

any update on the meeting? i am on mumble today, but no one is there. i must have missed the date lol

I gave an update on the meeting, telling when it was going to be. You did indeed miss it, I will get the audio up. A friend (neocortex) recorded it and was only able to catch the meeting about 15 minutes after it started, however I will also post some notes and the whatnot up here too.
