If you do not agree to the Atlas Initiative Group Terms of Service, please do not visit this website. These terms of services can and will be updated without any forewarning or consent.

Visiting Atlas Website is a privilege, not a right. Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses can be blocked at any time, for any reason. Atlas Website grants you permission to use this website under such privileges provided you except and comply with the Atlas Initiative Group Terms of Service. Atlas Website may contain third party links to other websites. Atlas Website assumes no control or responsibility over the content on said third party site(s). In addition, the Atlas Website may contain themes, words, and dialect that one may find suggestive, offensive, trade marked, or copyrighted. By using this Website, you agree to relieve Atlas Initiative Group and its members of any and all liability arising from third party websites, and suggestive wording that may have been used. 

To post on the forums, you will need to create a free account. When creating said account, you agree that you shall abide by all forum rules and regulations. You will also agree to NOT to use your account or IP Address for malicious activities; including, but not limited to, "spambots", "spiders", or access to the website in any manner that sends more request messages to the Atlas Website in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser. Atlas Initiative Group does however, grant the operators of public search engines to use spiders and related devices to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. 

Atlas City is building a manual to outline the design of future cities that promote equal access to all resources. We are using a Wiki to monitor and manage progress on said manual. You will need a separate account to use the Wiki. This account grants you permission to view the Wiki, but not edit it. If you would like to edit the Wiki, please contact one of Atlas Initiative Administrators. By creating a Wiki account, you assume the same responsibilities and obligations as when creating a forum account.

In no event shall Atlas Initiative Group, its officers, directors, or oversight, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from the following:
1 - Errors, mistakes, misprints, or accuracy of content
2 - Personal injury or property damage or any nature whatsoever, resulting from access and use of this website
3 - Any dialect that one may find suggestive, offensive, trade marked, or copyrighted

The Website is controlled and offered by Atlas Initiative Group Inc, a nonprofit organization, from its facilities in the United States of America. Atlas City makes no representations that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Atlas Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
